I
dived inside
my pool of sorry
to find my treasure of reasons.
but could not breathe for too long,
my past choked me, I felt breathless and exhausted.
Over
these years,
every drop of sorry
has filled an ocean full of worry.
As
I swam
further inside
the light of virtues and purity
slowly disappeared, faded like the ink of memory.
All
I could see
was darkness of guilt.
The depth of my sorry is bottomless;
yet somehow, shallower than your forgiveness.
